The engine was rebuilt in 2007 at mileage 16,988. The odometer today shows fewer than 300 miles driven since the overhaul. The odometer currently reads 17,280 but actual mileage is believed to be 117,280. Receipts for the rebuilt can be viewed in the close-up gallery below.

This 4 speed Pontiac Firebird is a blast to drive. The power steering make maneuvering this graceful bird through the corners a breeze. Even with the glass T-tops on the car you have a great view of the sky. With the tops off you'll feel like you're flying in a an open cockpit airplane. Everything works on the car including the radio. The horn is weak but it does make a little squeak.
