Arash Sportscars born from a passion for cars, charm and joy of driving beauty seemingly endless acceleration of a thoroughbred machine.
 2010 Arash AF 10
The superlative handling chassis designed by leaders in the field of Theor, and strong braking performance, so you question whether the ban would remain intact when you climb out.

Styling images created in March 2005 by Arash Farboud Designs and has since been converted into computer models and aerodynamic CFD mesh models.

Arash Cars has designed a traditional-shaped badge with an eagle emblem. Solid black background color and the foreground is the golden eagle. The ‘Arash’ symbol is in the orange glow.

BODY

100% carbon construction using aluminum and Nomex honeycomb sandwich panels for strength.

Rear window and driver for the engine compartment window made of non-cracked and scratched plastic. Front window and side windows made of laminated glass.

All parts of the body has been constructed by using the process of removing excess carbon autoclave resin through pressure and heat to make the parts lighter and more rigid than ever constructed.

CHASSIS

Modular Carbon Chassis – super light, super strong and reduce manufacturing time and costs. Design patented modular construction. 13 components are assembled into jig and attached to the temperature. Dimensional accuracy and a fantastic performance as stiff and strong chassis for the drive.

Weight 98kg tub. sub-structure of the front and rear steel. (picture tub)

Excellent protection from accidents – front and rear sub-assemblies. Rear impact bar and rear side impact struts. (chassis complete with sub-assemblies)

Side panel casing to provide protection overlooped tripled. (picture side panel)

Triple gallery under the chassis – enables neatly packaged water pipes, AC brake pipes and lines. Prevent heat traveling to the driver’s cabin and allow easy access to instpection. (picture from below the chassis)

Fuel tank integrated into the chassis rear pontoon. The ideal weight distribution and adherence to crash.

Simulation tests have been made by using a computer crash and the resulting curve to see how the carbon sink and sub-assemblies facing extreme loads.

Brakes

Carbon Ceramic Brake Discs ventilated 8 Cylinder AP Racing Calipers. Disk diameter and 380mm in the front. Ceramics and Ventilated Discs AP Racing 6 piston Calipers Disc Diameter 362mm at the back.

Wheels are made of lightweight 2-Piece Aluminum front wheel is 48.3 x 24.1 cm / 19 x 9.5 in and the rear wheels are 50.8 x 31.8 cm / 20 x 12.5 in

After various tests on some of the most testing circuits we have chosen Michelin Pilot 265/35ZR19 size for the front and 335/30ZR20 for tears. Thus adding to the stability of wet and dry so that confidence in any weather.

We believe this configuration is the most exciting and intoxicating feel of any sports car can be driven on the street or track driver allows you to explore the soul of the car.
